Fitness and wellness firm Fittr is expanding its focus to provide a holistic preventive healthcare service, combining diagnostic testing with doctor consultations to tackle non-communicable diseases (NCDs), according to its founder and CEO Jitendra Chouksey.
The company has planned an investment of up to ₹15 crore to establish its own diagnostic laboratories in five metro cities. Additionally, Fittr aims to collaborate with partners to extend its lab network to cover 5,000 pin codes across India, Chouksey told PTI.
“We are moving towards a preventive healthcare ecosystem, combining diagnostics with doctor consultations, coaching, and wearable monitoring, to address one of the biggest challenges in the country today - the rising number of deaths from NCDs,” he said.
