Engineers India Limited to consult in setting up Mongolian oil refinery.

Engineers India Ltd (EIL) has signed a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services Agreement for a 1.5 mmtpa crude oil refinery plant in Mongolia. The agreement was signed with Mongol Refinery State Owned LLC on May 13. An EIL statement said that the agreement was signed in the presence of Dolgorsuren Sumiyabazar, Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry, Ankhbayar Boldbaatar, Director General of Heavy Industry and Petroleum Policy Coordination and Implementation Department of Mining and Heavy Industry, Government of Mongolia, and MP Singh, Ambassador of India at Mongolia.
