Emmsons to launch new subsidiaries abroad

New Delhi: Commodity trading house Emmsons International has decided to incorporate a new company in Dubai for holding investment in its Indonesian joint venture company engaged in coal mining.

The board has also decided to incorporate a subsidiary company in Cyprus for holding investments in Ukraine Agriculture Operation and other related activities there. These two new subsidiaries would facilitate the company's future growth and global expansion plan, the company has said.
