Embassy REIT Invests ₹100 Crore in Kadubeesanahalli Metro, Secures 30-Year Naming Rights.
Embassy Office Parks REIT has committed ₹100 crore to develop the Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station along Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road (ORR) corridor. Under a definitive agreement, the station will be named Embassy TechVillage Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station for 30 years from its commercial launch.
The 17-km ORR metro project, connecting Central Silk Board Junction to K R Puram, features 16 stations and provides key connectivity to commercial hubs, including Embassy TechVillage business park.
Embassy REIT has previously invested over ₹180 crore in constructing a flyover at Embassy Manyata Business Park and ₹30 crore in a pedestrian footbridge to enhance urban mobility and safety, according to CEO Ritwik Bhattacharjee.
Highlighting the significance of the ORR metro project, BMRCL Managing Director M Maheshwar Rao said, "The Outer Ring Road corridor is a vital mobility route in Bengaluru, linking major commercial hubs, IT parks, and residential areas."
