EIA survey completed for West Seti hydel project

Dhangadi: The environment impact assessment (EIA) and preliminary survey of the 750-MW West Seti hydel project have been completed.

The project is to be built along the border between Doti and Dadeldhura districts. The survey of a 10-km road up to the project site and two concrete bridges were also concluded, said EIA expert at the project Dr Saroj Adhikari.

The construction works related to tunnel digging will begin once the road is built up to the project site, Dr Adhikari said.
