e2E Rail Plans Expansion into Southeast Asia, Targets ₹1,000 Crore Revenue by FY29.

Railway infrastructure and technology company e2E Rail has set a target of achieving ₹1,000 crore in revenue by FY29, nearly tripling its FY26 revenue of about ₹380 crore, as it strengthens its presence in signalling modernisation, indigenous rail technologies and international markets.

The company, which has recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 40 per cent over the past three years, expects strong execution of its existing order book and project pipeline to sustain its growth trajectory.

“We have maintained a CAGR of over 40 per cent during the last three years and closed FY26 with revenue of around ₹380 crore. With our current order book of over ₹1,000 crore and a strong project pipeline, we expect to maintain, if not improve, this growth momentum,” said Sourajit Mukherjee, Director and CEO of NOVA Control Technologix and CEO of e2E Rail.

The company's core system integration business is expected to remain its primary revenue contributor over the next few years. However, e2E Rail anticipates a growing contribution from its indigenous product portfolio as commercial deployment scales up. By FY29, the company expects products to account for nearly 30 per cent of revenue, with the remaining 70 per cent coming from system integration services.

Alongside its domestic expansion plans, e2E Rail is preparing to enter overseas markets with its proprietary rail signalling solutions. While the company has previously undertaken metro design projects for global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), it now plans to market its own signalling products internationally once the required regulatory approvals are secured.

The move forms part of e2E Rail's broader strategy to diversify revenue streams, strengthen technology-led offerings and tap growing opportunities in global rail modernisation projects.
