Dixon Technologies Unit Signs MoU with Cellecor Gadgets.

Dixon Technologies' wholly-owned subsidiary, Dixon Electro Manufacturing, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cellecor Gadgets for the manufacturing of refrigerators and related components. The partnership aims to expand Dixon Electro Manufacturing's presence in the refrigerator segment while supporting the "Make in India" initiative and addressing the evolving needs of Indian consumers.

Atul B. Lall, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Dixon Technologies, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting that the deal would strengthen the company’s customer base in the refrigerator sector. Cellecor Gadgets, known for its innovation in consumer electronics, offers a wide range of products, including mobile phones, smart TVs, home appliances, and kitchen gadgets.

Dixon Technologies, a leading Indian manufacturer specializing in design and production solutions for consumer durables, lighting, and mobile phone markets, sees the MoU as a strategic step forward. The company also provides repair and refurbishment services and has an extensive product portfolio that includes LED TVs, washing machines, wearables, and telecom products.
