Dilip Buildcon Wins Fresh ₹160 Crore EPC Order for Odisha Road Project
Dilip Buildcon Ltd. (DBL) has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) worth ₹160.20 crore from the Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation (OB&CC) for the construction of a six-lane diversion road in Sundargarh district, Odisha, the company said recently.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract involves developing a six-lane diversion road along with service roads on the Duduka-Gopalpur-Toparia Road corridor. The project covers a stretch between km 4.700 and km 11.500.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order value stands at ₹160.20 crore, excluding GST, and the project is expected to be completed within 18 months.
Dilip Buildcon said the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and clarified that neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the awarding authority. The company also confirmed that the contract does not fall under the category of a related-party transaction.
The latest order strengthens DBL’s road infrastructure portfolio and expands its project pipeline amid continued government spending on transport infrastructure. EPC contracts continue to remain a key model for public infrastructure development, providing execution opportunities and long-term revenue visibility for construction companies.
Meanwhile, for the quarter ended March 2026 (Q4 FY26), Dilip Buildcon reported a consolidated net profit of ₹62.05 crore, marking a decline of 63.67 per cent compared with ₹170.83 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations fell 25.71 per cent year-on-year to ₹2,299.80 crore.
The company is scheduled to announce its financial results for the first quarter of FY27 on August 10, 2026.
