Dilip Buildcon executes concession agreement with NHAI.

Dilip Buildcon informed the exchanges recently regarding the execution of the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India. 

In continuation to their announcement dated August 27, 2020 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the "Dodaballapur Hoskote Highways Private Limited", a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has executed the concession agreement with NHAI on October 29, 2020.

The project is for 4 laning from km 42 to 80 of Dodaballapur Bypass to Hoskote section of NH 648 on Hybrid annuity mode under the Bharatmala Pariyojna in the state of Karnataka. 

The bid project cost for the project is Rs. 1,278cr. The completion period for this 38km long project is 24 months, whereas the operation period is 15 years from COD.
