Della Townships Joins Hands with Austria’s MayrLife for Medical Wellness, Eyes ₹20,000 Crore Real Estate Pipeline.

Della Townships has entered into an exclusive partnership with Austria-based MAYRLIFE to introduce European Mayr-style medical wellness to India, marking the Austrian brand’s first international expansion.

Under the collaboration, MAYRLIFE’s medical wellness model will be integrated into Della’s “Salutogenic Integrated Townships” across multiple Indian cities.

Jimmy Mistry, Founder and CMD of Della Townships, said the company has already pre-launched five townships valued at ₹5,800 crore, with 16 more projects in the pipeline targeting a total real estate value of ₹20,000 crore.
