DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Pvt Ltd. receives appointed date from NHAI.

DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Dilip Buildcon Ltd. has received the appointed date i.e. May 14, 2019 by the National Highways Authority of India.

The project is for Six laning of Bangalore-Nidagatta Section Km. 18.000 to km. 74.200 of NH-275 in the State of Karnataka to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters is already closed till June 10, 2019 and shall continue to be close till June 11, 2019.
