CSR: YES Bank to develop green corridor along highway.

YES Bank has entered into a corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under its 'Adopt a Green Highway' programme.

Through this partnership, the private sector bank, in a stock exchange notice, said it is committed to developing green corridors along the Mumbai-Nashik-Pimpalgaon highway.

'In addition to being the first such greening project undertaken by the private sector, the partnership will also lead to enhancing livelihood opportunities along the highway. The 'Adopt a Green Highway' is an initiative of the The National Green Highways Mission under NHAI,' the bank said.
