Coal India's tender for Rs.3,000 crore project fails to attract participants.

State-owned Coal India Ltd.'s tender seeking to appoint a vendor for a Rs. 3,000 crore project to import 5 million tonnes (mt) of coal to help make up for India's short supply has failed to attract any participants, a top executive said.
