Cidco set to lease 14 plots across five nodes of Navi Mumbai.

Cidco has floated tenders for as many as 14 residential and residential-cum-commercial plots across five nodes. These plots will be leased out through an e-auction that will take place on September 7.

Over 25, 000 sqmt of land is being offered for lease across nodes encompassing Panvel, Kalamboli, Kamothe, Koparkhairane and Airoli.

The size of the plot ranges from 360 sqmt to 5, 345 sqmt. Base price of the plots is in the range of Rs. 41,000 per sqmt to Rs. 83,000.

Koparkhairane plot’s base rate is the highest in the offer at Rs. 83,000 per sqmt whereas the Panvel plot is offered with the lowest base price of Rs. 41,000 per sqmt. Cidco hopes to earn about Rs. 300 crore from the deal.
