Chalet Hotels Ltd. to repurpose Sahar Mumbai Retail Mall into Commercial Office space.

The Board of Directors of Chalet Hotels Ltd. at its meeting held on May 18, 2021 has, considered and approved the discontinuation of operations at its Sahar Mumbai Retail Mall and repurposing of same as a Commercial Office space and consequently termination of the management agreement with Inorbit Malls (India) Private Limited w.e. f. today i.e. May 18, 2021 in respect of the same. The Company is actively engaging to let out the space as commercial office space.
