Ceigall India Ltd Receives LoI from REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd.

Ceigall India Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) for the establishment of a 400/220 kV Velgaon Substation (GIS) through the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process.

The LoI, dated 23rd November 2025 (Ref. No: RECPDCL/TBCB/Velgaon/2025-26/2898), outlines an order with an annual transmission charge of ₹585 million, spanning a period of 35 years.

This project marks a significant step for Ceigall India in expanding its presence in the high-voltage substation and power transmission sector.
