Casagrand to Develop 2.74 Million Sq Ft Residential Project in Hyderabad.

Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has announced its entry into the Hyderabad market with plans to develop 2.74 million square feet of residential space.

“Hyderabad is one of the fastest emerging markets in the South’s real estate sector. As the city expands beyond its prime clusters, we aim to build residential projects in areas like Mankhal, Attapur, Gowdavalli, and Kompally,” said Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand.

The company first launched its Hyderabad presence with Casagrand Hanford at Mamidipally in 2023. After spending two years analyzing market dynamics, Casagrand is now rolling out new projects, including apartments and boutique luxury villas, Arun Mn stated on Wednesday.
