Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd Secures ₹220 Crore LOI from TenX Realty Ltd.

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from TenX Realty Limited, a subsidiary of Raymond Limited, for a contract valued at ₹220 crore (excluding GST). The contract involves civil core and shell works for the The Address by GS - Bandra Project, which includes construction of two basements, 23 floors, and a non-tower area at Nirmal Nagar, located off the Western Express Highway in Bandra East, Mumbai.
