Brigade Launches Ebony at Brigade Orchards, Eyes ₹380 Crore Revenue.

Brigade Group has launched Ebony at Brigade Orchards, a premium residential project in Devanahalli, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹380 crore. The project covers 0.5 million square feet within the 135-acre Brigade Orchards township, a joint venture development.

The launch follows Brigade's recent expansion in Chennai with Brigade Altius, which has a revenue potential of ₹1,700 crore.

Founded in 1986, Brigade Enterprises Ltd. operates across major cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, and Kochi, with projects spanning residential, office, retail, and hospitality sectors.

The company reported a 322% year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT) for Q3 FY24, reaching ₹236 crore, driven by the completion of residential towers in Hyderabad and North Bengaluru.
