"Brigade Group Inks Deal with Accor Group for Ibis Styles Mysuru"

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. (BHVL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., has officially signed an agreement with Accor Group to introduce the first ibis Styles in Mysuru, the cultural capital of Karnataka. This strategic collaboration marks a significant addition to Brigade Group's diverse portfolio and is poised to redefine hospitality in Mysuru with its playful design, contemporary amenities, and a warm and comfortable stay experience.

Scheduled for a grand opening in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25, ibis Styles Mysuru will feature 130 rooms, each infused with a unique character. Positioned in a prime location, the property will offer a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The Food & Beverage offerings at the hotel are designed to cater to diverse tastes, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty rooftop restaurant, and a relaxing lounge bar.

In addition to the well-appointed rooms and dining options, the hotel will provide a comprehensive range of amenities. These include a 450-square-meter banquet space for events, a well-equipped fitness center for guests, and a refreshing swimming pool to enhance the overall guest experience.

Accor's Vice President of Development for India & South Asia, Aniruddh Kumar, expressed his pleasure at solidifying the association with Brigade Group and expanding their presence in South India through the introduction of ibis Styles Mysuru. He highlighted that the hotel aims to offer an authentic home-away-from-home experience in an innovative and welcoming environment.

Vineet Verma, Director of Hospitality at Brigade Group, shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating, "Collaborating with Accor on ibis Styles Mysuru marks yet another milestone in our exciting journey together. This will be our second hotel in Mysuru with Accor, the first being Grand Mercure Mysuru." Verma noted the positive turnaround Mysuru has experienced post-pandemic, with reduced travel time from Bengaluru contributing to increased hospitality business.
