"B.R. Goyal Infrastructure has been awarded a ₹86.7-crore contract by the NHAI for toll fee collection rights."
B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Limited recently said it has received a work order worth ₹86.7 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for user fee collection at two toll plazas on National Highway-76 in Rajasthan, according to a regulatory filing.
The contract covers the Simliya Fee Plaza at km 409.680 and the Fatehpur Fee Plaza at km 461.290 on the Kota–Baran section of the highway, which stretches from km 388.263 to km 492.322.
Under the order, the company will be responsible for collecting user fees as well as maintaining and operating adjacent toilet blocks, including the replenishment of consumable items.
The contract has been awarded in the form of a Letter of Award and will be executed over a period of one year. NHAI awarded the project through a competitive e-tender process.
The company clarified that the order does not involve any related party transactions and that neither its promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in NHAI.
