Board of Andhra Cements approves proposal to seek EoI for sale of its cement plants.

The Board of Andhra Cements at its meeting held on 27 May 2021 has approved the proposal for intending to publish the Expression of Interest (EOI) process to be run by the Consortium Lenders for sale of the Cement Plants of the Company.
