Bids invited for township in West Bengal.

The West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. has invited bids for development of a proposed analytics hub, as a theme-based township at Kalyani. Technical bids are to be submitted by December 8 and e-auction by MSTC would be held on December 15.

The township, named Samriddhi, will have to be set up on 50.7 acres of land to be made available for a 99-year lease. The selected bidder will develop the township project including the residential, commercial, basic urban infra amenities, non-residential thematic economic zone and other allied facilities.
