1. Ozen Mansion Kolkata: Featuring 235 rooms and suites, this opulent establishment is set to welcome guests in the second quarter of 2024.


2. Ozen Privado Goa: A luxurious retreat offering 51 villas, scheduled for a grand opening in the fourth quarter of 2024.


3. Sadar Manzil Heritage By Atmosphere Bhopal: A heritage treasure with 22 suites, this property is slated to open its doors in the second quarter of 2024.


4. Stillwood Retreat A Signature Atmosphere Coorg: Nestled amidst a picturesque coffee plantation, this retreat boasts 42 villas and is also set to welcome guests in the second quarter of 2024.


5. Varsā Elements Of Nature By Atmosphere Kannur: Focusing on wellness, this property offers 70 villas and is targeted for a launch in the fourth quarter of 2025.


6. Atmosphere Lakeview Kolkata: Featuring 100 rooms and suites, this hotel is expected to open its doors in the second quarter of 2026.


7. Atmosphere Bhubaneswar: This property offers 170 rooms and suites and is also anticipated to open in the second quarter of 2026.
