Arvind SmartSpaces acquires 35 acres in Pune for Rs. 100 crore.

Arvind SmartSpaces, the property development arm of the Lalbhai Group, has acquired a 35-acre land parcel in Pune for Rs. 100 crore for its second real estate project.

A binding agreement for the outright purchase of the land in the Bhugaon micro-market of Pune was signed recently. The land parcel has a development potential of 1.3 million sq ft.
