Adani Energy Solutions Acquires KPS III HVDC Transmission from PFC Consulting.

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) recently announced it has acquired a 100% stake in KPS III HVDC Transmission Ltd from PFC Consulting. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.

According to a regulatory filing, the acquisition aligns with AESL’s strategy to create shareholder value through both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

The KPS III HVDC project is aimed at facilitating the evacuation of 2.5 GW of renewable energy. It forms part of the Phase-V scheme of Khavda, which is planned to support the evacuation of an additional 8 GW of renewable power from the Khavda Renewable Energy Park.
