Aimtron Electronics to Manufacture 50,000 IIoT and AI Devices Under New MoU with Vanix Technologies.

Aimtron Electronics Ltd has announced a new contract to manufacture 50,000 Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and AI devices for Vanix Technologies. The order is part of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two companies in December 2024.

Under the five-year agreement, Aimtron, an Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) company, will produce a total of 250,000 to 2 million IoT devices. This initiative is expected to support India’s goal of electronics self-reliance and accelerate the adoption of smart manufacturing solutions.

Aimtron, which was founded in 2011, specializes in a range of services including EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), PCB assembly, and box-build and design services. With facilities in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru, and its parent company located in Chicago, USA, Aimtron serves a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, and robotics.

This initial order is expected to boost Aimtron's growth and create new job opportunities as the company scales up its production. The first batch of devices is scheduled to enter production in October 2025 and is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
