Aimtron Electronics Secures ₹100 Crore for New Greenfield Manufacturing Facility.

Aimtron Electronics Ltd, a prominent Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) company, has successfully raised approximately ₹100 crore through a preferential issuance of convertible warrants. This significant capital injection is set to fuel the company's ambitious plans to establish a new greenfield manufacturing facility.

The fundraising round saw participation from the promoter group, including Mukesh Vasani and Nirmal Vasani, alongside a diverse group of marquee investors. The company's Board of Directors gave the green light to issue up to 1,479,000 warrants at a price of ₹666 per warrant. Each warrant is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share with a face value of ₹10, at a premium of ₹656, collectively amounting to ₹98,50,14,000.

Aimtron Electronics plans to strategically deploy these funds to construct a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing plant. This new facility will be crucial in enabling the company to significantly scale its expanding box-build projects and enhance its system-level, end-to-end integration business. The move aims to consolidate these operations under a single roof, with the company setting an aggressive revenue target of ₹1,000 crore from these expanded capabilities.
