Afcons Gets Environmental Nod for Raghavpur Dam Project in Madhya Pradesh.

Afcons Infrastructure Limited has received environmental clearance from the Madhya Pradesh State Environment Impact Assessment Authority for the Raghavpur Multipurpose Project in Dindori district. The clearance paves the way for construction to begin on the Narmada River-based project.

Awarded by the Narmada Valley Development Authority, the project involves the construction of a dam equipped with a 25 MW hydroelectric powerhouse and a modern piped irrigation system. The pressurised pipeline network will support micro-irrigation across 17,587 hectares.
