Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd Receives LOI for Berth No.13 at Deendayal Port

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the development, operation, and maintenance of Berth No. 13 at Deendayal Port. The LOI, awarded for a 30-year concession period through a competitive bidding process, allows the company to operate the berth under a DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer) model for multipurpose clean cargo, including container cargo. Berth No. 13, which is 300 meters long, will offer an annual capacity of 5.7 million metric tons (MMT) and is expected to be commissioned during FY2026-27.

The Concession Agreement is to be signed within 30 days of the issuance of the LOI by Deendayal Port Authority (DPA).
