₹338 cr boost to govt press.

The government printing press on Minto Road will be redeveloped at a cost of ₹338.56 crore. Union Minister for Urban Development M.Venkaiah Naidu has accepted the recommendation of the Standing Finance Committee in this regard.

According to officials, the building will be redeveloped into three blocks. Six floors will also be constructed to house modern equipment.

With this, the production capacity of the press will increase.
