Rajasthan picks land for IT hub.

The Rajasthan government has identified land to develop Jodhpur-Pali area as an Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR), and it will submit a detailed project report on it to the Centre by mid-April.

The State government has already identified a land measuring 40 sq km for the ITIR, PP Chaudhary, Minister of State for Electronics and IT, said. “The land is owned by the government and we are not required to go for any land acquisition. So, the delay in such process would be minimal there,” he said.
