Phadnis Infra bags two contracts worth Rs. 1.18bn

Pune based Infrastructure Development Company 'Phadnis Infrastructure' has bagged two contracts worth Rs. 118 Cr. from the Ministry of Defense and National Highway Division IX, Nashik. The first order is form Ministry of Defense of worth Rs. 58Cr for constructing residential complexes at Kalina and Colaba in Mumbai for MES.

With the hi-tech manufacturing capabilities, skilled manpower in both the engineering office as well as on the shop floor the construction will include of 14 storied 6 residential towers.

The other order is from the National Highway Division No. IX, Nashik of worth Rs. 600mn to construct bypass outside Sangamner town on Pune – Nashik Road, the National Highway No. 50 in the state of Maharashtra. Phadnis Infrastructure and Hyderabad based Prasad & Company have formed a JV to execute this contract.
