HPE Completes Juniper Acquisition, Doubles Networking Business Size.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has officially announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Juniper Networks, Inc., a prominent player in AI-native networking. The deal, first unveiled on January 9, 2024, received approval from Juniper shareholders on April 2, 2024.

This significant development follows the recent settlement of a lawsuit by the U.S. Department of Justice, which had challenged HPE's all-cash acquisition of Juniper Networks for $14 billion.

The strategic transaction is set to double the size of HPE's networking business, offering customers an expanded and more comprehensive portfolio of networking solutions.
