Brys Buzz launched in Noida.

Brys Group has launched Brys Buzz, a 81-storey tower measuring 300 m, at Sector 150, Noida. The company claims it to be the tallest residential development in north India.

Spread over 7.5 acres, the tower offers a bird's eye view of Noida. It comprises two BHK + study, three BHK gold, three BHK platinum, three BHK villa, three BHK duplex platinum, four BHK, four BHK duplex, five BHK duplex, six BHK and six BHK duplex apartments. Sizes of the apartments range from 3,000 sq ft to 8,250 sq ft and prices start from Rs. 17,000 per sq ft.

Brys Buzz interiors are designed by Tonino Lamborghini CASA of Italy. Navneet Bhadla, director, Brys Group said, 'In terms of location, we are the first to spot the potential of Noida's Sector 150. We believe the time has come for Noida to emerge as the new luxury destination. And as far as the project is concerned, Brys Buzz will redefine luxury. We are pretty sure that buyers will fall in love with its various features.'

Apart from Brys Buzz, it will soon open its two hospitality hubs — Brys Caves, a jungle resort near Jim Corbett National Park and Brys Elan in Delhi-NCR.
