With plans to augment its bed capacity by 1,700 by the fiscal year 2026-27, Aster DM Healthcare is exploring both organic growth and strategic acquisitions to achieve its objectives.
In a significant move, the company's board recently sanctioned a special dividend of Rs 118 per share to its shareholders, capitalizing on the momentum generated by the divestment of its GCC business.
