GP Petroleums Ltd inks agreement with Delta Fuel And Lubricants Nigeria Ltd.

GP Petroleums Limited has announced a significant strategic collaboration, entering into a Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement with Delta Fuel and Lubricants Nigeria Limited, based in Lagos. The agreement, effective July 1, 2025, was formally signed on July 8, 2025.

This partnership is a key move for GP Petroleums as it seeks to expand its international presence, particularly within the promising West African market. The collaboration aims to leverage Delta's strong local market presence to boost brand visibility and reach in the region.

Delta Fuel and Lubricants is a prominent player in the lubricant industry, known for its expertise in manufacturing, blending, and marketing a wide array of premium quality lubricants. Their product portfolio includes engine oils, gear oils, transmission oils, industrial lubricants, specialty oils, marine oils, and greases, supplied to various industries across Africa and the Middle East. Delta boasts an impressive annual blending capacity of over 36,000 Metric Tonnes, specializing in toll blending.

Under the terms of the agreement, Delta will be responsible for the manufacturing, blending, supply, and marketing of products under GP Petroleums' established "IPOL" brand within Nigeria and other West African markets.
