Symega Food opens tech centre in Bengaluru.

Symega Food Ingredients, a leading manufacturer of sensory solutions, has inaugurated its technology centre in Bengaluru.

It is envisaged to be a facility to co-create, where the marketing and technical teams from food and beverage companies work alongside, a press release said here.

Symega’s experts will develop products and conduct sensory evaluation using a sample pool of target consumers. The facility is equipped with a well-appointed creation lab, trial kitchen, dedicated pilot scale plants for baked goods, confectionery, dairy and beverages, presentation studio, and labs for technical research. A part of the Synthite Industries, the company caters to the leading Indian and multinational brands across diverse segments, the release added.
