Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd and Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd Sign Joint Venture Agreement.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has signed a joint venture agreement with Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. to collaborate on projects within the railway and allied infrastructure sectors.

The new partnership will create a joint venture company, in which RVNL will hold a 51% stake, while Texmaco Rail & Engineering will hold 49%.

The formation of the new JV company is subject to the approval of RVNL's Board of Directors and other necessary statutory clearances.

The agreement aims to combine the expertise of both companies to undertake new projects and enhance their presence in India's expanding railway infrastructure landscape.
