PSP Projects Wins Orders Valued at ₹554.92 Crore
PSP Projects Limited announced today that it has secured work orders valued at ₹554.92 crore, excluding taxes. Following this news, the company’s shares were trading at ₹693.90, reflecting a rise of ₹20.50 or 3.04% on the NSE around noon.
The largest contract, worth ₹389.29 crore, involves the construction of the Gold Stone Hotel and Commercial Towers in Bangalore, Karnataka. This institutional project is set to be completed in 22 months, with components slated for 16-month timelines. Additionally, PSP Projects has obtained a ₹165.04 crore contract for residential towers in Ahmedabad, which is expected to be completed within 24 months.
With these new contracts, PSP Projects has achieved a total order inflow of ₹1,444.91 crore for the 2024-25 financial year to date. The company confirmed that all orders are sourced from domestic entities and will be executed within India, with no related party transactions or interests from promoters or group companies involved.
These developments significantly enhance PSP Projects’ order book, potentially bolstering its revenue and growth prospects within the construction sector.
