Netxcell opens JV firm in Kenya

Hyderabad: Value-added services (VAS) provider, Netxcell, has signed an deal with Kenyan company AquaSanTec and set up a joint venture for exploring the US$ 220-million VAS opportunity in the African continent.

The 51:49 joint venture, will be based at Mauritius and initially serve seven countries that includes Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Sudan.
