Motherhood Hospitals to Open 8 New Centres, Posts ₹810 Crore Revenue in FY25.

GIC and TPG-backed Motherhood Hospitals plans to expand its presence by adding eight new hospitals across the 14 cities where it currently operates, through a combination of greenfield projects and acquisitions.

The company recorded ₹810 crore in revenue for FY24-25, with an EBITDA margin of 18%, according to Vijayarathna Venkataraman, CEO of Motherhood Hospitals.

The network, which operates 25 hospitals and three clinics, is focusing on scale efficiencies, clinical process standardisation, and specialised programmes in IVF and advanced paediatrics to drive profitability.

Motherhood has a presence in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala in the South; Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh in the West; Chandigarh, Delhi-NCR (Gurgaon, Noida) in the North; and recently debuted in Kolkata in the East.
