KIMS partners with Andhra Mahila Sabha to set up super speciality hospital in Chennai.

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has signed a Leave and License Agreement with Andhra Mahila Sabha to acquire approximately 1.168 acres (21.19 grounds) of land on Dr. Durgabai Deshmukh Road, Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai, for a long-term lease to establish a super speciality hospital.

The proposed facility will have around 300 beds, with an estimated investment of ₹300 crore. This project marks KIMS’ first venture in Tamil Nadu and is seen as a strategic step to enhance operational performance and generate sustainable long-term financial returns.

As of 30th September 2025, KIMS and its subsidiaries collectively operate over 8,800 beds across India.
