Kernex Microsystems India Ltd to form JV for TCAS project.

The Board of Directors of Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited at their meeting held on 16th April, 2019 has considered and approved the joint venture agreement with M/s. Vasistha Constructions Private Limited for execution the TCAS Project against South Central Railway's tender application no.C.SG.P.T.TCAS/2018-19 dated 08.03.2019.

80% shareholding in the Proposed Joint Venture will be held by Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited and 20% by Vasistha Constructions Private Limited.
