"KEC International Secures New Orders Worth ₹816 Crores"

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major and a part of the RPG Group, has announced securing new orders amounting to Rs. 816 crores across various segments of its business.

Under the Civil business, the company has secured infrastructure projects in India, including the setting up of a Steel plant in Northern India for Metals & Mining, construction of a Cement plant in Central India for the Cement sector, and establishment of a plant for Carbon derivatives in Eastern India for Carbon Black.

In the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business, KEC International has secured orders for the supply of towers in the United States of America.

Additionally, the Cables business has secured orders for the supply of various types of cables in both domestic and international markets.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., expressed his satisfaction with the new order wins, particularly highlighting the significant orders in the Civil business. He noted the remarkable progress made by the Civil business in expanding its presence in the industrial segment and diversifying its client base. With these latest orders, the company's total order intake for FY24 reaches Rs. 18,102 crores, reinforcing confidence in achieving the targeted growth trajectory in the future.
