Greater Noida Authority Approves NBCC to Construct Five Amrapali Projects

NBCC (India), a state-owned enterprise, announced on Wednesday that it had received in-principle approval from the Greater Noida Authority to undertake the development of five Amrapali projects. The approval pertains to the utilization of unused and purchasable floor area ratio (FAR) for existing projects of Amrapali, with an estimated value of approximately Rs 10,000 crore, as stated by the company in a regulatory filing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The projects granted approval include Centurian Park, Golf Homes, Leisure Park, Leisure Valley, and Dream Valley. This development marks a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to address the challenges faced by the homebuyers associated with the Amrapali Group.
