GNFC sets up jt venture with Belgian co for project in Dahej.

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals recently said a joint venture company in the name of 'EcoPhos GNFC India Pvt. Ltd.' was incorporated on March 14, 2016, for setting up a two lakh MTPA Di-Calcium Phosphate project at Dahej in joint venture with EcoPhos s.a. Belgium.

At the time of writing this report GNFC shares were trading at Rs. 82.95 apiece, up 0.18 per cent over the previous close.
