Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd. inks MoU to sell land parcel for Rs. 158.25 crores.

Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), for sale of its Land Parcel of its undertaking situated at 105th Milestone, Mumbai-Pune Road, P.O. Kasarwadi, Pune - 411034.

The consideration to be received from the above sale is Rs. 158.25 crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Eight Cores and Twenty Five Lakhs Only.)
