BRAC signs MOU on health project

Dhaka: Bangladesh-based NGO BRAC (previously, Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with US-based ClickDiagnostics and Alliance Forum Foundation.

Under the MoU both firms will offer mobile-based automation of data management for BRAC Health's Manoshi programme.

BRAC will use mobile phones equipped with special software to collect patient data, which will be used for real-time screening of risky patients and strategic interventions for patient management.
