Bid invited for Architectural design consultant for gated community project

Bid invited for Architectural design consultant for gated community project in the Al Wasl area of Dubai.

The pre-qualification has been launched by Emirates General Petroleum for its Al Safa Living scheme.

The project envisages construction of 100 two-storey villas of three, four and five bedrooms, a club house with gym and outdoor sports facility plus infrastructure such as roads, drainage, electricity and water.

The development is spread over 718,000 ft2. Bids must be in by 9 June, 2014.
